State of Illinois Payments Being Released

Good news - the State of Illinois has released funds to begin paying providers. At HealthLink, we understand the payment delay may have had a large impact on your practice, and we are working to process payments for past claims as quickly as possible. As a result, our Customer Service department has been receiving a high volume of calls and you may experience longer wait times than usual. We apologize for this inconvenience.

In order to better serve you, HealthLink offers a self-service tool that will help you in reconciling the funds you are receiving for past claims.

Simply use the PAYMENT STATUS tab on ProviderInfoSource (works best in Internet Explorer)

  1. Log in to ProviderInfoSource.
  2. Click the Payment Status tab at the top of the screen.
  3. Enter a check number you've received and click submit.
  4. Expand the Remit Claim List at the bottom of the page to see all HealthLink claim numbers associated with that check.
  5. Click on the ID Number next to each claim to get the payment details.
