As a valued HealthLink member, we want to keep you informed about a network change that may affect you.

Our primary goal is to ensure you have access to the affordable, quality health care you deserve and we take our responsibility to negotiate with doctors and hospitals on your behalf seriously.

HealthLink made several attempts to keep Litchfield Family Practice Center, a provider group in Litchfield, IL, in our network. We offered a fair, industry-standard rate increase, as well as the option to join Tier I of our network and have a multi-year contract.

Unfortunately, Litchfield Family Practice Center is demanding a double-digit rate increase. In order to minimize the rising cost of health care for you and your family, we cannot accept this increase or finalize a new contract at this time.

As of May 15, 2019, Litchfield Family Practice Center will be considered out-of-network for HealthLink members.

You will continue to have access to a full network of doctors and hospitals. For your convenience, here is a list other primary care doctors in your area. You can use our Find a Doctor tool to search for doctors and hospitals that participate in your network.

We recognize the challenges associated with network changes and we are committed to working closely with you to minimize the impact whenever possible.
