Because your employer is part of the Quincy Tri-State Health Care Coalition you now have access to HealthLink’s Local and Expanded PPO network of participating physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals.

The HealthLink PPO network program serves nearly one million medical enrollees in the service areas of: Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas.

Enrollees of health plans sponsored by the Tri-State Health Care Coalition may choose physicians and facilities from three HealthLink network programs.

1) Local HealthLink Network – Consists of select (not all) HealthLink PPO participating physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals in the immediate Quincy, Illinois and Hannibal, Missouri areas.

2) HealthLink Expanded PPO Network – Consists of HealthLink PPO participating physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals in a seven-state service area.

3) HealthLink Expanded Open Access Network – Consists of HealthLink HMO and PPO participating physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals in a seven-state service area.

You receive the highest level of benefits for covered services (and the lowest out-of-pocket costs) when you choose a participating HealthLink HMO practitioner.
