Par files are data files with
HealthLink participating provider data. Demographic data
are collected from the providers and transmitted to payors.
This information includes Tax Identification
Number
(TIN), office (service) location, specialty, effective date
of participation and other items. Payors have
the
option to receive
a full provider file or an add/term/change file.
Files
are updated monthly and are available electronically via
FTP, electronic mail, or CD-ROM.
Payors may choose between a comma-delimited or the fixed
width format.
