Yet amazingly, many Americans of all ages don’t take advantage of simple, potentially lifesaving resources ranging from cancer screenings to immunizations to tips for safe recreational activity. That’s where we come in.

Our Preventive Reminders program can be a powerful strategy for improving health and reducing costs through HIPAA-compliant, preventive reminders for targeted populations.

Age and gender-specific tri-fold mailers with content based on national recommendations are available. You can elect to send one, three or all five targeted mailers to your employees.

Parents receive an immunization tracker and annual check-up reminder

Young women ages 19 to 39

Along with the mail program, we also offer Interactive Voice Response (IVR) calls made to the home that further remind members of the importance of screenings and immunizations in an engaging and friendly way. Calls are timed to coincide with the printed reminders, occurring several days before the member is scheduled to receive the postcard in the mail.
