HealthLink's goal is to provide the best possible service to our contracted physicians. The IVR system allows convenient access to patient claim information in a secure environment - everyday from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
 

The IVR system is now able to accept Privacy ID Numbers. Below is the IVR Privacy ID Tutorial providing you with detailed instructions on how to enter Privacy ID Numbers with the IVR System.

The IVR system is your route to patient claim information. The IVR system provides the following information:

HEALTHLINK HMO CLASSIC AND POS CLAIMS

  • Amount billed
  • Date of service
  • Date paid/processed/denied
  • Amount paid, if applicable

HEALTHLINK PPO, OPEN ACCESS AND COMPMANAGEMENT CLAIMS

  • Amount billed
  • Date of service
  • Date processed by HealthLink
  • Amount allowed, if applicable
  • Name and phone number of Claims Administrator

The IVR system is a secure environment. To protect the confidentiality of patient accounts, you and your staff are required to enter your Federal Tax ID number (TIN) and NPI or HealthLink provider number to use the IVR system.
