New Headquarters and Contact Information for HealthLink

Effective November 9, 2009

  • HealthLink’s new physical address will be:

    St. Louis, MO 63103
  • Direct phone and fax numbers within the 314 area code will change prefix only.
    (Example: (314) 989-6156 will become (314) 925-6156
  • The following contact information will remain the same: P.O. box numbers

What to Expect During the Relocation
For the convenience of HealthLink providers, clients and members, the physical move will occur between Friday afternoon, November 6 and Monday morning, November 9. We anticipate minimal disruption of normal business operations.

However, HealthLink systems will be down from noon, November 6, 2009 until 5:00 a.m., November 9, 2009 to accommodate the move.
